  • Business Process Management

Business Process Management creates long-term value by defining, documenting, and implementing Facilities Division processes to provide organization for our departments, job functions, and customers.

    Make A Suggestion

The Facilities Division emphasizes the continuous improvement of products, services and processes. These efforts can be seen in incremental improvement over time or through breakthrough improvements at all once.

  • Communications

The Communications team leads communications efforts for the division, particularly those relating to the Chief Facilities Officer's Office, campuswide projects, student-facing programs, and more. We work closely with University Relations to ensure messaging is consistent and branded correctly. Our team maintains the Facilities Division, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Transportation websites, produces the bi-monthly newsletter, and manages our various social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We look forward to assisting you with your needs.

  • Data Analysis

The Facilities Division’s Data Analyst uses tools (like WebTMA, Webwork, OptiDoc, Oracle, and Facilities Management Database) and provides ongoing reports to:
    • Define project requirements
    • Collect important data sets
    • Confirm, interpret, and analyze projects

Any Facilities Division department that needs to request a data report can use the Benchmarking/Data Analysis Form.
