The UAB Employee Assistance & Counseling Center (EACC), a benefit of UAB, provides consultation and training to support supervisors in working effectively with employees who are experiencing performance problems in the workplace that may be related to problems in their personal lives.

Talent Performance & Relations believes that prevention and fair resolution of problems are critical elements of a productive, harmonious work environment.
