The Self-Study—a key piece we will submit to the LCME for review—is an assessment of our institutional strengths and challenges, along with strategies on how we can address the identified challenges.
Our Self-Study Task Force, composed of faculty and staff leaders across our school, led this reflective process and developing the Self-Study Report. The Task Force met from May to October 2021, dividing into subcommittees to review evidence around LCME standards within one of five thematic areas: institutional setting and educational resources, faculty, educational programming, and medical students.
