Growth, Resources & Outreach for Women (GROW) is an employee resource group committed to providing a safe venue for women professionals to discuss and evaluate issues related to women in the workplace, as well as implement strategies to improve satisfaction in the workplace. Its primary purpose is to implement leadership development through education, mentoring and networking.
