RNs who have successfully completed an accredited diploma or associate degree nursing program, or those who have successfully completed an accredited diploma or associate degree nursing program and are eligible to be licensed to practice as an RN in their home state, should apply.

The Accelerated Masters in Nursing Pathway allows you to become eligible to apply to sit for the National Certification Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) in just three semesters, all while completing your master’s degree.
To help you get a better understanding of the UAB School of Nursing and to learn more about this innovative option, register to attend one of our weekly Virtual Information Session, held each Wednesday from 12 to 1 PM CST, where you can interact and ask questions with our faculty and staff.
