Women 18 years and older who are currently experiencing any vaginal symptoms are invited to participate in a research study evaluation a new diagnostic test for bacterial vaginosis and vaginal yeast infection. Please call the UAB Sexual Health Research Clinic at 205-934-8166. Compensation will be provided.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: • You are 18- to 35-years-old. • You are currently wearing glasses/contact lenses. • You know how to use soft contact lenses. • You have had an eye exam within the last 2 years This study includes four to six visits, which will happen over ten weeks. If eligible, you will be compensated $20 to $40/visit with a maximum of $140 for your participation in the study. A clinical research study is now enrolling eligible adults. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of an investigational medication when it is used alone in people with TRD. You may be eligible to participate if you: • Are 18 years of age or older • Have been diagnosed with TRD • Have not adequately responded to at least 2 different antidepressant treatments If you are interested, additional eligibility criteria will be assessed by the study doctor or staff. The commitment for the study is about 24 weeks. Qualified patients may receive investigational study medication and some study-required medical care at no cost. Parking micromobility vehicles like scooters and bikes improperly can prevent Blazers from accessing sidewalks, ramps, doorways and more. New informal violation tags from DSS enable Blazers to educate riders on better parking practices.

A clinical research study is now enrolling eligible adults between the ages of 18-74 years of age. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medicine in people who have depression with sleep problems. Must have been diagnosed with depression, Have taken antidepressants in the past that did not work well for you and currently taking an antidepressant medication but still having symptoms of depression. Having difficulty falling asleep, or or do not feel rested the next day. If you are interested additional eligibility criterial will be assessed by the study doctor or staff. Qualified patients may receive study-related medical care and investigational study medication at no cost. In addition, reimbursement for study-related travel may be provided.
