Researchers in the UAB School of Medicine are recruiting individuals 18 years and older who have drank alcohol in the past year. The study involves completing a brief online screening questionnaire to determine your eligibility. Do you have pain in one or both of your knees on most days? If so, you may qualify for a research study being conducted at the University of Alabama Birmingham. We are seeking people between 45 and 85 years of age to participate in a study of brain and breathing treatments for arthritis pain. The study involves seven visits over a three-week period to the study center at the University of Alabama Birmingham, where clinical tests and brain stimulation treatment will be done, along with brain scanning.
