She is courteous, thoughtful, trustworthy and engaging. She is outgoing and passionate and inspires those around her. Madeline is hardworking, insightful and determined, and is flexible and open to implementing new procedures or ideas."

Gibson shared some insights about her job and personal life.

When asked what she enjoys about her job, Gibson shared, “I enjoy helping faculty navigate the ins and outs of UAB’s research enterprise. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with first-time grant submitters.”

In her spare time, Gibson likes to listen to audiobooks and take her dog for long walks. She also likes to travel and volunteers with her church and at the Botanical Gardens.
