Our services are free to all MDs, PhDs, residents, fellows, and graduate students within the School of Medicine/UAB Medicine.

Yes. Your visit will be confidential unless you are judged to be an imminent danger to yourself or others. If you were referred and sign a written release of information to your referral source, we will relay pertinent work or school-related information, while at the same time striving to protect your privacy. Generally, only recommendations are shared with your referral source. We are not associated with the Alabama Physician Health Program or the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners.

No. All documentation is secured within our office.
