The University of Alabama at Birmingham will mark Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11, with its second annual wreath-laying ceremony at 1 p.m. on the Campus Green.

The naming of the Collat School of Business for longtime university supporters Charles and Patsy Collat was celebrated Nov. 4 with the unveiling of a sign. The Collat's donation of $25 million in gifts and pledges is the lead gift in The Campaign for UAB: Give Something, Change Everything, which has a $1 billion goal.
