Personal Message:
Serving as the Coordinator of Competitive Sports and Camps, I have the privilege of providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s comprehensive competitive sports and camp programs. In this role, I am responsible for directing all facets of intramural and club sports, youth and community camps, and student engagement initiatives that foster leadership, teamwork, and holistic development.
I collaborate with professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees to ensure the delivery of inclusive, innovative, and high-quality recreational experiences that align with UAB’s mission of promoting health, wellness, and community.
A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and later completed my master’s degree in Exercise Science at Emmanuel College. I am currently pursuing a master in Sport Management with the goal of advancing into collegiate athletic administration.
Beyond my professional duties, I am deeply committed to leadership development, mentorship, and the continued growth of student-athletes. I strive to uphold the values of excellence, integrity, and service—both within University Recreation and throughout the greater UAB community.
