Each vendor/department/organization will be asked to have their “tabling” session open during this 3-day event for participants to join in. You are welcome to select as many or as few timeframes in which your session will be available. We understand everyone’s time commitment availabilities differ at this time, so not everyone will be able to be open for drop-ins the entire event. We will put you on the event schedule for any and all times that you do list as available!

Participants who register for the event will be entered into an event raffle where they can win various prizes from University Recreation and our vendors. If you choose to participate in raffle (select yes), please be sure to have the raffle prizes delivered to the Campus Recreation Center no later than 5 pm on February 5, 2021.

Vendors will have the ability to share out promotional or discount opportunities to participants during their Virtual Tabling Sessions. University Recreation might use this information to promote the conference.
