Are you looking for an awesome way for you little Blazers to get active this Winter? URec Day Camps are perfect for you!
This is a great opportunity for children to explore adventure sports, exciting crafts, aquatic activities, and everything Campus Recreation has to offer under one roof.
The Day Camp schedule is from 9:00am - 4:00pm and the age range for Day Camps is 5-12 years of age. Campers will need to provide their own lunch.

Enrollment Forms
In this section, you can find Online Fillable and Printable PDFs of the 2023 Day Camp Enrollment Forms (one per family). This document must be fully completed and signed in order to register and make the deposit. Once completed, you can email them to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or drop them off in person at the Membership Services desk during normal operating hours. Enrollment Forms are due the Monday one week prior to camp. If enrollment forms are not recieved by the Monday prior, your child will not be enrolled.
Please remember, there is a deposit per week/child that is needed to reserve your spot in camps. Spot is not reserved until the deposit is collected. The deposit is required to be paid the one week prior to camp starting. The payment may be processed in person or over the phone at 205-996-5038.Enrollment Documents

Refund and Request Form
- Youth camp deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No cash refunds.
- All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the Refund Request Form and received by University Recreation Staff.
- Refund requests received 7 or more days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a full refund minus the $50 deposit.
- **If camp fees are paid in full, $50 payment (per child) is considered a deposit
- ** Single Day Camps are eligible for 50% refund
- Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the first day of camp are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid
- Not applicable to Single Day Camps
- Refund requests received fewer than 24 hours prior to the start of camp will not be offered a refund unless the two circumstances below pertain to you.
- Refund requests received fewer than 7 days prior to the start of camp may be offered a full refund for the following situations only:
- Medical Withdrawal (doctor’s note required)
- Military Relocation (documentation required)
- Transfers can be made up to 7 days prior to the first day of camp (deposits are non-transferrable, additional deposit is required)
