The UAB Board Liaison Office is the campus link to the University of Alabama Board of Trustees. The board liaison performs the following activities:

  • coordinates all campus-wide board submissions;
  • disseminates information to board members;
  • oversees resolution process;
  • maintains board records;
  • coordinates and monitors communication of board calendar, submission guidelines, and approved agenda items with vice presidents, deans and department chairs; and
  • manages and implements all board functions including annual institutional meetings, orientations and special functions.
