The OnCore team provides training for all OnCore users across the Medical Enterprise. Training materials are available for download.
OnCore Access
OnCore CTMS is a hospital application that falls under the purview of HSIS. The OnCore Access Guidelines outline the steps required to obtain access to OnCore.
Training consists of one approximately half-day class and will include:
-
Protocols: Protocol information must be entered in OnCore before enrolling subjects, building calendars, tracking subject visits, and much more. This training session will teach you how to track management details, assign staff to a protocol, document IRB reviews, and change protocol statuses.
-
Calendars: Calendars define a schedule of visits and what procedures will be performed during each visit. This training session will teach you how calendars are built, what segment start dates mean, how procedures are added to the calendar, and how to add footnotes.
-
Subjects: The subject training session will teach you how to confirm subject visits and procedures, create additional visits and procedures, update visits, and more.
