HR Updates

The 2025 Total Compensation Statements for UAB, UAB Hospital and LLC employees are now available in the UAB for Me Benefits Portal.

Total Compensation Statements are provided annually by UAB. The customized report illustrates the value of an employee’s total compensation from UAB, including salary and benefits. Together, salary and benefit programs represent a significant investment by UAB, designed to recognize employees' contributions to UAB's collective success.

Total Compensation Statements have been updated for 2025. Starting this year, employees can review their compensation, retirement, healthcare and insurance information in an interactive webpage view, optimized for web browsers and smartphones. As in year’s past, employees still have the option to download, save and print a PDF copy of the statement for their records or to share with a financial advisor.
