We are conducting a study to see what kinds of products people would prefer to use before anal sex, a douche, an insert, or a suppository. Participants will be asked to use each product for a period of 1 month each and complete surveys about their opinion and experiences with each one. There is no active drug in any of the products being used. The study lasts about 3 months, and you will complete a total of 8 visits. Physical exams and HIV/STI testing will be provided at no cost. Adults ages 65-84 years old or individuals with Parkinson’s disease ages 45-84 needed for a research study on balance and mobility. This study is being done to determine your balance ability and confidence while performing two tasks. The first task involves walking at a range of speeds. Participants needed for the ACES Trial - Antihypertensives Combined with Exercise for Seniors with Hypertension. This is a randomized, controlled trial (RCT) to determine if choice of antihypertensive medication influences changes in functional status and other cardiovascular risk factors among older persons with hypertension. Sedentary men and women > 60 years of age with functional limitations and hypertension will be recruited from two sites to participate in a longitudinal intervention trial. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three first-line antihypertensive agents and participate in a structured aerobic exercise intervention. This study is expected to differentiate beneficial effects of three FDA-approved antihypertensive medications on established and emerging cardiovascular risk factors in a clinically-relevant population.
