The holiday season is here and UAB Staff Council is hosting an opportunity to connect with others in the community. Staff are encouraged to write greeting cards that will be collected on December 13 and distributed at local assisted living residences.
The UAB Staff Council was pleased to host the 2023 UAB Fall Staff Picnic, alongside President Ray Watts. Around 950 staff enjoyed lunch alongside their colleagues and heard from Staff Council Chair Shannon Turner as well as President Ray Watts.
President Ray L. Watts, M.D. is hosting UAB's Annual Fall Staff Picnic with the UAB Staff Council on the Campus Green on October 27 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. UAB staff can get free lunch and enjoy time with fellow Blazers.

Your vote counts! Nominations are in and UAB Staff Council elections will take place May 1-7, 2022. We ask for your support and encourage all UAB Staff to vote for your organizational unit's representative before 5pm on Saturday, May 7th.
