Challenges

The F45 Playoffs is a fun and exciting workout that will become your benchmark for fitness testing! The workout is 10 stations, 45 seconds of work per station, 15 seconds rest between stations. You will be scored at each station by one of our F45 Instructors, and those scores will be added up to determine your total Playoff score. You have what it takes!

Stations:

• Concept 2 Rower
• Bench hops
• Push-up knee tuck – Rip 60
• Lateral hops
• Box Jump hand release burpee
• Chin-ups
• Barbell squat press
• Medicine ball Russian twist
• Dead ball pick up over shoulder throw
• Shuttle sprint lateral hops

Awards

On top of bragging rights in all of your F45 classes, the overall winners, as well as the winners for each event, will be recognized on our social media outlets, as well as the UAB F45 Facebook page.

Rules
