Managing projects across teams both large and small isn’t easy. It can sometimes become complex and inefficient. That’s where Asana, a collaborative task management platform, can help. Marketing & Communications uses Asana to manage all projects and communications across campus. Marketing & Communications covers the cost of a license for the communications leader in each area. Departments can buy additional licenses for $236.40 a year per user. Departments will get a private team network where users can collaborate on projects, and they will have access to universitywide projects that impact their area.
