Rangeela Club
About Us: Rangeela is the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Premier Co-ed Bollywood fusion dance team. Founded in 2015, Rangeela incorporates western and eastern dance styles such as Bollywood, classical, contemporary and hip hop in their performances. About Us: We are UAB Inferno, and we travel to and compete against various other schools in the southeast in the sport of ultimate frisbee. Between tournaments, we practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9 pm on the Intramural Fields. Whether you've been playing ultimate your whole life, you've tossed a frisbee on the Green once, or you've never even heard of the sport before, all are welcome, and we look forward to seeing you out there!

Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club
About Us: Ember Ultimate is UAB’s official women’s club ultimate frisbee team. Our team represents the school in the women’s division 1 USA Ultimate national college series. UAB’s ultimate teams compete in the Gulf Coast Conference, which includes Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Tulane, Vanderbilt, and other southeastern schools. The official college season runs from January through early May, but we practice and participate in tournaments/scrimmages year round. We are a very relaxed group of people just wanting to have a good time while also improving our skills. We would love to have you join our team!

Start a New Club
Don’t see a particular sport you’re interested in? Heres how you can start your own!
Each club sport is required to have a minimum number of 8 student members and one of those members must be a designated leader/officer.
Interest meetings may be held in order to recruit new members to join the club’s roster prior to applying for recognition.
Develop a club constitution.
Apply to become a new Student Organization. More information can be found here.
Once a club is approved through the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership, they can apply to become a club sport within University Recreation
