Course Description:
This course helps experienced project managers build and solidify foundational project management skills at an accelerated pace, with an emphasis on preparing for the PMP®️ certification exam. Participants practice core competencies, including project execution, resource coordination, and schedule planning led by industry-expert project managers. The program also includes a technology workshop that introduces tools commonly used in current project environments, including Artificial Intelligence.
