Training can take place over several days or weeks and offered at your company site, off site or at our Founders Advisors Professional Education Suite in the UAB Collat School of Business. Current examples of custom training being conducted include leadership academies, project management courses, sales training programs, communications workshops, design thinking seminars, and more. The UAB Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) is an example of one of our custom leadership academies and is recognized for having a tremendous impact on our community and the UAB Academic Medical Center.
