Manage your Controlled Substance Inventory through the CSUA Web Application. PIs must maintain an online usage log and a hard copy inside their CSUA binder. This binder must be made available to OH&S staff for periodic lab reviews. A copy of the usage log must be sent to OH&S once the entire bottle is used up or returned to OH&S for destruction.

PI’s are required to submit an inventory of their controlled substances to Controlled Substances Program every year and a biennial inventory once in two years.
