You can reduce the time and resources that you dedicate to resolving issues and focus on your most important tasks. AskBlaze uses AI to help match the best answer to the question.

How it works
What we do
UAB IT sets up the chatbot and offers training. We can also help integrate systems so that your chatbot gives personalized content to users when they are logged in.
What you do
When you request a chatbot you will need to assign a content creator, moderator and system administrator(s) to create content for and maintain the chatbot. The same person can fulfill multiple roles, but the same person cannot fill the content creator and moderator roles — this gives us checks and balances on content.
What AskBlaze does
AskBlaze will search the context for the answer that best matches the question, and if a suitable answer is not found it will search content created by other schools and administrative units at UAB. AskBlaze was developed by UAB IT exclusively for use by the UAB community. In addition, AskBlaze will analyze questions asked and give feedback so you can improve your answers.
