From basic newsletters to prospective student campaigns, departments can design, build, and manage data-driven emails with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Marketing Cloud is an email distribution service that includes analytics, complex reporting, and design templates with strong mobile support.
Over the next few years, UAB will roll out Salesforce Marketing Cloud to units that wish to do email communications both externally and internally and are currently using Emma, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc. Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates contact data daily for various UAB systems.
All emails must follow the UAB Mass Email Communications Policy.
