UAB Medicine and Children's of Alabama Co-Branding
UAB Medicine and Children’s of Alabama are two separate health care systems within the state of Alabama, working in affiliation with each other for educational, clinical, and research purposes. Children’s provides residency training for UAB medical, dental, nursing, and other health education students and serves as the primary teaching hospital for the UAB Heersink School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics.
UAB Medicine and Children’s of Alabama collaborate on the development of co-branded materials for marketing and informational materials. To help ensure that all co-branded materials accurately portray the relationship, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Marketing for pediatric services that have some connection to the two entities should have approval from both the UAB Medicine and Children’s of Alabama marketing departments before implementation.
- The Children's of Alabama logo and UAB Medicine logo should be represented at equal weights on materials, and logo guidelines for colors and sizes for both entities should be followed.
