Units often partner with external organizations and other institutions and demonstrate a need to co-brand with that organization. Units may use a lockup if only one UAB unit is included as a sponsor. Otherwise, a core logo must be used in place of multiple unit lockups. All third-party branding and sponsorship guidelines must be followed and approvals must be granted before materials and communications are drafted.
Note: Two or more logos should never appear on a design or communication.
Leading Brand
Use a core medicine logo (or lockup), and ensure that the UAB Medicine brand is the primary brand represented.

Equal Partnership
Use a core medicine logo (or lockup) in equal proportion and sizing to other sponsor or partner logos.

Internal Co-Sponsors
Use a core medicine logo, and designate units in plain text (in a secondary position when available).
